Tokyo Gay Clubs

One of Shinjuku's larger gay clubs with two dance floors, AiSOTOPE Lounge hosts regular events and themed parties including men-only nights with dark room and cruising.

VITA hosts some of Tokyo's largest and most popular gay dance parties including occasional pool parties, with top international DJs, dancers and shows.

The VITA party takes place at various venues (usually in Shibuya area) - check their Facebook page for details of upcoming events.

Long-running, popular dance club Arty Farty has a large bar, dance floor and fun crowd. The staff speak only Japanese, but the menu is foreigner-friendly.

The club hosts special events on occasion but is almost always packed on weekends. Drinks are reasonably priced, and you can get your hand stamped for free entry to The Annex.

A popular, late-night gay dance club in Shinjuku, The Annex has a long bar and a dimly-lit cruising area in the back. DJ spins upbeat tunes that attract a good mix of crowd.

Run by the same owners of Arty Farty, so you pay once and have access to both clubs.

Bi-monthly hard house party for the 'BUFF' guys and their admirers. Popular with BUFF guys, from beefy to stocky, cubs and bears.

Fetish/casual attire encouraged. The party takes place in the heart of Tokyo's gay district, Shinjuku Ni-chome, at EAGLE Tokyo Blue.

Waifu is a queer & femme DJ Party in Tokyo run by women but it's open to all. The Tokyo gay scene can be quite segregated, so Waifu is an attempt to make it more open. Check their Facebook for more info about upcoming events.
