The best-known (and only) gay bar in Vientiane. Opened since 2010, The Lao Cafe ກາເຟລາວ (formerly called "CCC Bar") has an outdoor terrace, a downstairs bar, and an upstairs stage for weekend cabaret shows.
The bar serves a wide selection of drinks. Music ranges from pop, soul, country, R&B, oldies. The LGBT-friendly owners, Nee, Lae, Xieng, Peth, and their staff offer a warm welcome. Free WiFi available.
