Very good massage and very polite and nice staff. Jio did the massage for me and I must say he is amazing. He can speak quite a good English which is a big plus. I will look for him again when I return to Tokyo in the future.

it was my first time to order an out-call service ever, but Japan is special country so i gave it a try. Namwa has limited rooms available,the cost was same and it was more convenient to order massage in the hotel. Actually i almost can't describe how nice was the experience. Massage was great and the guy really made me feel very special! i was very hesitant at first but now i only regret that i didn't order more. If i ever visit Tokyo again i will definitely try to get the service again. highly recommended

Had a massage with a tall guy, full 120 minutes.Was on time and very polite. Super friendly and the service was fantastic.

Got reserved by phone and when arrived handle by Korean guy. The massage is so..so and it cost me JPY 13,000. Really not worth it. With the cost equal to five star hotel I expect more..

The massage therapist was 20 minutes late. Instead of a 2 hour massage I got an 80 minute massage. He was a nice, sweet young man. But, the extras I paid for were not done. He spent an unusual amount of time on my calf muscle s. I was beginning to wonder if he would ever move to thighs, etc. The overall experience felt a little sketchy from the location to how it was executed. Again, he was super nice and sweet but the experience was over promised and not what I really expected.

Room of namwa is a little narrow, but bring it closer to that cute staff. Massage is great, very satisfied. Communication cards can communicate with the staff.

Used the contact form and got a response fast. English was great for booking and masseur also spoke english. Had a great massage and the extras were definitely worth it. Really cute and friendly guy. Will use them again.
