We visited Tool for on our last night in Busan. The staff was very friendly and helpful. One of the bartenders wrote down a few places to checkout. They were awesome dance parties. We did not have an issue with the language as they both spoke English. The bartender with the glasses was attentive and very handsome

The bartender was super friendly and he could take any order. So fluent in English.

It was the first bar I went to in Busan, and it was my first night in Busan. I didn't know what to expect but as soon as I walked in there was nothing but a friendly atmosphere. The bartenders speak very good English and can serve a great cocktail too. When I went around 9pm, the bar was empty and they didn't mind chatting until the bar became full around 10 or 11. There was another foreigner that showed up along with some other very nice Koreans that spoke English well. Even the people that didn't speak English didn't mind my terrible Korean language skills haha. Not to mention the bartenders are super hot! I can't wait to go back again.
