Step Madrid - (CHIUSO)

I was visiting this bar due to your recommendation on your site. Unfortunately I was experienced a discriminating for all gay people visiting this bar in Madrid. The owner, usually sitting outside the bar, is selling entrance tickets only for tourists entering this bar. (overpriced ticket, prices inside are much lower) . The locals get in for free and nothing. I find that we the gay people are discriminated enough in the daily life and we don't need a discrimination in the gay community when visiting other countries. I therefore ask you to cancel this location from your list. Can't recommend it at all. It's really awful and not right to be cheated. I was talking to the staff in the bar and they told me, that they knew about this, but that they could do nothing about it, because it was the owner who did decide about it. So please boycott this place. There are enough other bars and places who serve the gay community in a fair and enjoyable way.
