    best place for solo travelers

    best bar for solo good looking bartenders are talking to you and drinking with you. Price is reasonable.

    Must go bar when you travel alone

    it is a absolute great bar with very handsome English speaking bartenders. I didnt make a reservation but there were seats and barternders took care of me very nicely. I talked with a Japanese friend who sit next to me and we could travel together. It is not a big bar but perfer for 1 person. Bartenders are drinking together with you.

    Charming oasis with a great whiskey selection

    I visited while traveling alone and needing a break from Itaewon. JR has the sweetest bartenders and a great selection of whisky. This is a great place to bring a friend or two for drinks and good conversation before going out to a club (if that’s your interest). Otherwise, you could really just spend the evening there meeting new people and listening to soulful music of the 80s and 90s, while sampling whiskey and champagne. It’s a classy intimate space. And yes, the bartenders are very handsome :).

    Great space and people

    Visiting from Shanghai, appreciate the English speaking staff and decor of the space. Really cute guys and the atmosphere is very friendly. Definitely somewhere that’s good to go with friends or alone if you are trying to find something to do.

    It is an old-fashioned interior reminiscent of a European bar with kindness and comfort. Beautiful young people comfort your day's hardships. Sometimes, there are old sake that is hard to find. It is comfortable because I can serve customers in Japanese and English. Please take your time and enjoy yourself.
