on Sunday afternoon and arrived just after midday, slightly worried it might be too early. Those worries disappeared instantly — the jacuzzi already had a good mix of guys in it, and by my estimate there were at least 10–15 people around. For a Sunday lunchtime, that felt like a really healthy turnout and the atmosphere was immediately relaxed and welcoming. It was only my second ever sauna visit, and I’d expected to stay for maybe an hour or so — instead, I ended up spending nearly four hours without even noticing time passing. One thing I’d been slightly concerned about beforehand is that I’m tall and quite “alpha-looking,” yet I very much attend as a submissive bottom, which can sometimes create mixed signals in these environments. I’m pleased to say that at no point was that an issue here — I felt completely at ease, well understood, and very well catered for throughout my visit. The play areas were lively but never felt chaotic. The dark room had a sensual, cruisy vibe without being intimidating, and both the sauna and steam room were clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained. One of my personal highlights was discovering the swing area, which had just the right balance of activity without ever feeling overcrowded. What really stood out overall was the friendliness — both from the other guys and especially from the staff. People were genuinely chatty and welcoming, which isn’t always the case in venues like this. One staff member took time to talk through the themed days, regular events, and even other saunas in the group, which really added to the experience. The layout was clear, the changing rooms were perfectly fine, and the whole place felt well run and cared for. Luton itself might not win beauty contests, but the Greenhouse Sauna is absolutely worth the trip. I left feeling genuinely buzzing from the experience and already planning my return — especially with themed days like Bi Day on Tuesdays and Bears Day at the end of the month. A true five-star visit for me, and I’ll definitely be back again soon.

This for the first time today and it was the worst decision we had made in a very long time apart from the staff being very rude the place also smelt very bad and it did not look very clean at one point my friend and I discussed about about asking for a refund. I would not recommend this owner to anyone.

Came today and was very happy, staff on the desk was very nice and friendly. Unfortunately the jacuzzi was broken which was one of the things I was looking forward to but I will be back. The people there are very nice and welcoming and one quickly put me to work *wink* Facilities are great and plenty of room to "play" Just wish entry price was cheaper. I will be back nonetheless.

Did our first visit today, facilities were nice despite being over 3 floors, the staff were not the friendliest but not unpleasant. Would be a good idea to have condoms in various places on each floor rather than being given one when you ask for them at the bar

I was there last week and her the news that a member of staff has dismissed for fighting thank goodness he has gone won't be missed.

I went there for the first time yesterday, was very nervous as this was my first time going to a place like this. I had no need to be worried. the young man on the reception made me feel very welcome and after a brief explanation of what was where he left me to explore. the place is nicely divided up between the 3 floors and there are options to play on all floors. There was a mix of guys during the days and most were polite and friendly. i saw the guy from the front desk a few times and each time he was very friendly and checked i was okay, overall its a great place with great facilities will be going back and would recommend this to anyone thinking to try.

Used to go frequently - all the way from West London. It used to be more like a gentleman's club. But it went downhill after they stopped showing adult films. Turned one room into a gym with crap equipment. The only area showing videos was way up yet more stairs. But that area was so cramped, and there were no fire exits. A real fire trap up there. Then they started getting police protection due to the locals disapproving of a gay adult establishment within a 100 yards of a mosque FGS. As the place got less and less custom the clientele got older. And the staff became stressed out and rude, and the place got filthy (I mean in a dirty unhygienic sense).

This friday morning snc saturday morning i will be there... Everybody is welcome i have no limits whatever you can imagine..

Went there last Wednesday first time staff were very helpful had a good look around jacuzzi was great and loved the dark room. Will definitely be going back and £16 I found this a good price - thanks again see you soon.

Been A couple of times and fond staff friendly, place is clean and most people friendly.

Everyone is wowed to voice their opinions and personally the sauna is much better and cleaner than most ones I've visited recently . People all people and we all don't get on with everyone but I must say I have been treated in a very friendly manner by all staff whenever I visit. My only issue is the availability of condoms and lube when needed as you have to walk all the way to reception and at times can be full of men.

A great place to visit. I shall be there this Saturday, early morning. The 23rd November 2019 upstairs in the porn room. Let's have some fun.

I wasn't sure what to expect but this place is actually really good. Decor and cleanliness fine; staff friendly; facilities excellent and fellow clientele both friendly and "friendly" ;-). It was 5pm on a Wednesday and was quite busy with a good mix of guys (ages, races, builds, "assets"). Good price too. I'm glad I went and recommend it.

Despite what others have said i find the service and management always very friendly. The actual place is fine, usually very clean ( apart from when users cannot be bothered to clean up after themselves , this is normally sorted promptly by staff). Generally i find it a friendly place with enough interesting places to meetup and play. Clearly we are all after different things and i find some clientele attractive whilst others are a real put off but this is not a fault of the Greenhouse. Overall highly recommended, you need to give it a few hours and be broadminded.

I went there on a Sunday, with a mate who has been before! I was a bit nervous, as not knowing what to expect! The £16 entrance fee i thought was very good, as you can stay there as long as you like...after checking out the place, where everything was, the place soon started filling up! Good range of ages and not everyone is a gym bunny, so I felt more relaxed as the time went on... Nice clean place, friendly staff! I had some fun in the play area, had a go in both slings, to my surprise no one used the gym (what a waste of space). My favorite places were the Steam room, Sauna, Showers...The dark rooms seemed to be very quiet, no one when I went there was using the glory holes(maybe I was too early) I do think that flip flops should be worn, to stop getting any foot infection from the wet floors.

I use to visit this sauna on a regular bases. Not been for a long time and boy how disappointing this place has become. The staff are so rude. The place is clean but lacks that essential ingredient....MEN! don’t bother going on Friday as they charge a stupid price for single guys as it Swinger Day which screams we need to do something to keep us afloat. Watch this space for the closed sign going up.

The management is very unfriendly. They were not interested in the customers, you are lucky if you get a one word reply. They need to learn customer service skills.

Went to the sauna today and one of the main facilities, the jacuzzi, was not working. The sauna and steam were both cool and the place is not cared for like it used to be. Having travelled 230 mile round trip the £16 seems v expensive for poor facilities. It certainly doesn’t live up to the websites claims. I have been visiting infrequently for over 10 years. Rest assured it was my last visit

Nice facilities, friendly staff and seems to have a sociable environment that you don't get with other saunas. Plus side of this place is the full bar. Nice mix of people. It's a hit or miss for me when it comes to the kind of guys who come in. Busiest day seems to be wednesday. Saturday, Sunday late afternoon can be busy too. I agree with the removal of one of the porn rooms but from what I heard they didn't have a choice from the council. Only certain amount of the club is allowed to show porn. I haven't had any problems getting condom and lube from the staff. Lol you just ask for more. Would be good if entry price went back down again. Oh and their swingers night on Fridays is great. More quality guys. Entrance is high though but cheap compared to other swinger clubs.

Great sometimes, poor others. It's a spontaneous place, I've been in on Monday evenings when its quiet and had a ball [or two]

Good local gay sauna- wide range of ages , staff helpful and the place is clean. Busy especially on Wednesday. Agree wholeheartedly about the gym - no one uses and is totally useless. They should convert back to a porno picture room. Food on buffet days very eatable and snacks to buy all OK. Too much walking up and down stairs though.

The monthly bears day here is excellent and draws a good mix of guys - still too many pensioners, but you get that with every sauna. Unlike some in London, this one actually attracts some real bears. Venue is decent enough, although getting rid of the porno cinema a couple of years ago killed off one of the best cruising areas in the place. It’s now a pointless gym that nobody uses.

You get 1 condom and lube when you arrive and have to buy more. Absolute trash venue. Flithy with horrible staff. Very empty and a few over 80 year old men. Waste of time.

It's okay.. The facilities are good, looks small on the outside but big on the inside - lots of play spaces and rooms. The jacuzzi is a good size and there are lots of showers. However, the main disappointment for me WAS the guys. There wasn't one young guy there, (well, hardly any guys at all to be fair). I went on a Saturday around 3pm, so thought it would've been a bit busier. Also, they are no longer offering a discount for under 25's. It's a £16 entrance fee for EVERYONE which is quite expensive, considering many of the London saunas only charge £10 for under 25s. In summary, good facilities but poor quality & quantity of guys, and overpriced.

Went there today for the first time. Can understand some of the previous reviews regarding staff, though I just found the fellow at the first station quiet, not rude. Place was clean though when I was there, between 4:30 and 6:30 there weren't too many people there. Very interesting facility though I couldn't find the glory holes. Finally hooked up with 3 guys in the dark room. I'd go back again, though I hope I'm there on a better attended day.
