Bar Caffé Flirt

Daniel is the absolute best! On 22 March, I arrived go Prague very late (like, maybe 1:00 on 23 March, actually) and starving, but nothing I wanted to eat was available (picky eater, here). So, naturally, I figured | would go to Flirt for a slice of "liquid bread" before doing some clubbing. Well, that didn't happen at all! I ended up staying until closing time, having more beers and great conversations with Daniel. It didn't stop there. After closing up, he helped me find something good to eat and also inadvertently walked me home (because we were still having great conversations, which could have gone on forever). I have to say that I felt at such ease, as if I were talking to an age-old friend. I don't know if I made a new friend, but I do know that I felt like I did, and as a bartender of 25 years (I'm picky about this, too, naturally), just having the customer feel this way is EXACTLY how it should be. I highly recommend this place--at least when Daniel is working, and I will definitely pop in every time I'm in Prague, and if he's there, I'm definitely staying for a few!

The bar is in the center. It's beautiful, organized, has an interesting menu, but it was empty on Saturday. the staff was obnoxious. Music only on a TV screen.

I went for a coffee around 18h, and there were some people on the main level. The bartender was very competent and the coffee was good. A nice place when I needed a day off alcohol. They also have gay maps and information for tourists. The customers could put a little more effort into living up to the name of the place: flirt some more!

Bartender was very BUSY and still very friendly and helpful. Good dinner recommendation. Made our last night in Prague very enjoyable. Will visit here FIRST next time!
