Been here several times now. Tried a few masseurs, i would say Fathir and Mann are the best. Oh man, they have ways with their hands. I like Luke too, maybe a bit more training would be good. The atmosphere is good. Shower is clean. And no hard sellings!

I had a great massage with a new masseuse from Indonesia. He was professional and very very good...nice skills and smooth hands. He used his hands and arms and made me feel wonderful for nearly 1.5 hours (I had massage and body scrub). He helped me wash my back too in the shower. No hanky panky and no asking for more money, but I gave him a decent tip! I hope they keep him a long time!

I enjoyed the experience at Aromann Spa. It's easy to find,in the same building as Bavarian Bierhaus, not far from the Novotel. The entrance to the building is between Subway and San Francisco Coffee. Although I didn't make an appointment, the receptionist greeted me warmly, and I didn't have to wait very long. The room was comfortable, with a proper table (with cutout for the face), soft music, and a good temperature. I selected the 90-minute Ultra Massage for RM 170 (180 including tax). he masseur, whose name was Man, was professional and well-trained, and remained fully clothed throughout the session. It was a very relaxing, comprehensive massage, with some sensual touches but no extra "services" were offered. I gave a tip of RM100 which seemed acceptable to him. Overall, I would recommend it to anyone who is not really interested in extra services but just a great massage in a comfortable environment.

The place is nice, nothing great. The massage was really nice - I like a lot of pressure so I made sure before hand that I called that out. Calming and relaxing place. I phoned through a booking a few hours prior and there was no issue. The reception were nice. I didnt have any of the issues that other people have mentioned here. My only (minor) gripe was that someone in reception (a visitor I think) was talking loud and you could hear them. Told reception afterwards and was apologetic.

I booked a massage online 2 days in advance for the Mont Kiara location for 11:45. I got a confirmation email and another reminder email today. I got to Aromann at 11:40 and the place was still closed. I called and no one answered. I called the Bukit Bintang phone number and the staff member is trying to help me. It's now 12:15 and the shop is still closed. So disappointed at the service provided. This is just not acceptable.

I called the branch at Wisma UOA today (15 May 2018, approximately 2 pm) to make an appointment for a massage. The staff who answered the phone asked me if I wanted to massage the masseur or the masseur wants to massage me. I thought that was a very strange remark. I said I'm a customer, so I'll like to get a massage and I'll come in 15 minutes time. The staff asked for my name and phone number. When I asked if I can come in 15 minutes, he asked "what is wrong with you?". I'm shocked by his utter rudeness. I refused to have a massage if the staff is so rude and hung up the phone. My phone has an app that automatically records all phone conversations. If the management of the spa would like a recording of the phone conversation, I can send it to you by email. Thank you.

Table kept squeaking and made it hard to really relax and enjoy the massage. Not strong enough pressure by the therapists. Reception staff were friendly.

I was a walk in customer with a warm welcome. The staff asked me my expectations and he gently guided me into a new world. Was good at creating a affable atmosphere so that my worries had blown away. Squeak noise heard from treatment bed if the moves were aggressive. Other than that I felt so secured and refreshing.

The place is NOT a gay massage spa. Plenty of women around making it uncomfortable. The masseur appeared to have no training and he stopped before the time was up. I couldn’t wait to get out of there.

The receptionist/ front desk was very warm and welcoming , greeted me with a wide bright smile , lovely tanned skinned Asian guy named VeeVee , so gay friendly and recommended me the best deal and fulfilled my expectations. Staff was rude over the phone. Decided to go to another spa instaed. You won't get my money because there are many other spas in Bukit Bintang. Change your attitide before you decide to take my money. Pftttt.

Came here from such a far away distance only to be turned away at the counter saying it's full for the next 4 hours (I was there at 6pm). Why bother opening a counter if no walk-ins are allowed? No statement in site saying that we have to do booking first, absolutely NOT recommended

Went to mont Kiara branch post friends meetup in nearby mall called Publican not far from the foodies area where the spa is located. Had male massage, I love the professionalization they provided and the Malay massage that I had was really satisfying. Probably. A good spa to rejuvenate post clubbing in KL

Had Josh as my masseuse. It was really good. Though when it was time to shower, I had to skip. There were roaches crawling all around the tub area.

I had massage with JR theraphy guy in mont kiara. His awesome..no wonder aromann is the best spa and higher ranking..your theraphy really awesome...your place awesome...keep it up for . I give u

I was in aroman in montkiara. I had massage with Josh ( Philippines guy with the tattoo on his arm). If I'm not mistaken his name. he is a nice guy and great therapy guy...I'm satisfied with his massage. I will come again.

Had the 1 hour tantric, Bali/Malay massage cost RM140 by a muscly Napil which was just fantastic. He has a very big, strong hands which were very firm and sensual NOT sexual which was an incredible sensation. I can't wait to book a longer massage of 1.5-2.0 hours with him for a sports or Swedish massage. I want to find out if this guy is one of the best genuine masseurs in Kuala Lumpur as I have been to many cheaper "off the street" massage places and always walk away still not satisfied. Had a bad experience today calling the number trying to make a booking. An Indian guy rudely claimed that there are no more slots available and cut the line.

I do not think it is for gay members, just went today I believe they are straight guys. What does it mean if gay massage? I think all of you here are expecting something, however only a general massage but took off your clothes. That's all. House is very clean only. If you expect to have a relaxing massage by guy only, this is the one you can try.

We went to the Mont Kiara branch had a Milk N Cream promotion with my partner. Worth the value and wow the treatment was excellent. OMG..... We had an incredible experience !! It was just the best massage of my life !the guys were so great, very professional and I felt very safe and cared for . We will be back very soon.

I arrived from UK on business for a few days and went to the Mont Kiara branch yesterday. I took a promotion milk n cream . Didn't know what experience but came out feeling like a new guy, the treatment touch was just that a experience ! Thanks Travel Gay Asia for recommendations and review a hard to trust new places. Don't miss out on this one during your stay. I don't think there was a place they didn't rejuvenate. Excellent massage by professional and polite therapists in a calming, clean and comfortable environment. Very convenient location close to KLCC. I've been there twice this week and I highly recommend Aromann for a relaxing and reinvigorating massage.

I went to Aromann 3 weeks ago and it was Great. After a long flight journey we have 12hrs time to spend in Kuala Lumpur. Seriously we are looking for a place where we can get relaxation. After my search we choose to go to Aromann . Finally we found aromann. Environment is nice I had 90mins of massage with a guy Chris. initially I felt like he is not masseur but after few minutes I am almost in deep sleep. It is really great experience with Chris. I had experience in few countries. But I never had massage before like this . The room is clean with attached shower room. Its really nice experience with aromann

We are from Dubai , went to Aromann's Mont Kiara branch yesterday - had the massage called Ultra must recommend go and try great place discrete and massage was amazing well worth a visit . Must be a franchise of the one in Bukit Bintang as I went there last week. However trains the staff certainly makes it a massage you don't want to stop. Thanks . For a relaxing and sensual massage . I will be back for we leave . I recommend you go to both if your in town.

I think I know who you are talking about and his name is Remo, not Raymond. He is from Nepal and gives a great massage. He used to work at Aromann, now he is with Purnama Spa, at Fahrenheit. I've had several massage by him and just had one today. It was awesome. Highly recommended.“

This is not an all male place, you feel like you're in the middle of an office area, it is NOT at all a welcoming place for gay men.

Lousy service. I confirmed an outcall service to hotel. They never turned-up and never call. Unrealiable and so unprofessional.

I had a massage at Aromann the other day and it was great. Their location is in a retail/commercial building which concerned me at first, but it was very easy to find and close to my hotel. Their office suite is very nice, comfortable and clean. The massage room I was in had a shower and there was a fan in the room to keep the temperature comfortable. I believe my masseur's name was Raymond (I might be mistaken). When he first started massaging me I had some doubts but after around 5 minutes I was in heaven. It was a nice long massage and the pressure he applied was perfect. With my head face down in the table's cradle, I had a perfect view of his feet and the way me moved, he looked like he could have been a dancer. I would definitely recommend Aromann if you are looking for a high quality massage.
