This apartment-style hotel is a 1-minute walk from Bassa Rodona gay beach and just 5 minutes to the town centre. A good choice if you want more space and facilities than normally found in a standard hotel room.
Each simply furnished apartment has a kitchenette (with microwave, washer, dryer), balcony, air conditioning, satellite TV and free WiFi. Mediterraneo features a pool with sun loungers, gardens, café, bar and restaurant. Often fully booked during peak season.

Good value - great location
A group of us stayed at the Mediterraneo in September 2015 for a gay stag weekend. We were looking for something cheap and found a great deal on this site (thanks x). The location is great, literally just across the road from the gay beach and a few mins walk to the gay bars. The rooms are a bit dated, but clean. The fridge came stocked with a couple of bottles of soft drinks, water and few snacks and there was a supply of coffee and tea, but not milk. WiFi worked well. As we were going to be up late, we did not take the breakfast included option. The was a good decision because the cafe on the beach just across the road served some delicious croissants and great coffee. Bring your own beach towels - the hotel does have some, but only to buy.
