Located in the commercial district, the Hilton Athens is surrounded by upmarket shops and transport links. From the nearby Evangelismos metro station it is just a few stations stops away from many of the best sights and gay bars in the Gazi area.
Excellent facilities include three swimming pools, a gym and sauna. Many guest rooms have fabulous views of the Acropolis or Mount Lycabettus. WiFi is free in public areas.
The hotel has several restaurants and the ultra-trendy rooftop Galaxy Bar that overlooks the Acropolis deserves a special mention.
