I chose to stay in Negombo for 2 nights at the beginning of a twelve day trip to Sri Lanka, as Negombo is close to the Colombo airport. We received a warm welcome, and after our first night, we chose to extend our stay an extra night. If I had it to do again, I would have stayed a week. The atmosphere was very convivial. The staff was very friendly, fun and professional. (Special thanks to Spasky, who arranged a wonderful birthday party for a long-stay guest.) The room was large, well designed and spotlessly clean. The outdoor shower felt luxurious. The outdoor space is beautiful. The breakfast was great and served until noon. No doubt, Dickman resort was the highlight of our trip
