Pride in Liverpool 2026

After its cancellation in 2025, Pride Liverpool is back better than ever! Get ready to paint the city rainbow from 24 to 25 July at the 2026 Liverpool Pride!

This is the city region's annual celebration, promising a vibrant weekend packed with fun, activism, and community spirit. The highlight? The ever-growing Pride March that has drawn over 25,000 participants through the city centre in the past years!  Join the festivities, celebrate love and equality, and be part of this incredible event! About Liverpool Pride 

This annual event, organised by the LCR Pride Foundation, has grown into a major celebration. The march itself started small but has become a powerful symbol of unity, attracting a record-breaking 25,000 participants in 2024!  This year promises to be even bigger, with a city-wide pride campaign and a fun-filled festival alongside the march.  

Liverpool Pride Opening Party

Liverpool Pride 2026 begins with the Official Opening Party at The Auditorium, M&S Bank Arena on 24 July. The event is a high-energy celebration featuring a mix of world-class artists, iconic LGBTQ+ performers and local talent.

Headliners include Sugababes, Beth Ditto and Tia Kofi, alongside Liverpool-based performers Tyler DaClaire, Pam Sandwich and Debbie Darling. The evening also features an Opening Ceremony showcasing dozens of local LGBTQ+ community performers, setting the tone for the city’s Pride weekend.

Liverpool Pride Parade

On Saturday, 25 July, the march kicks off at St. John's Beacon and will wind through the city's busiest streets, including Church Street and Paradise Street. The march will then culminate on Lord Street. If you're taking the train, the march starts near Central Liverpool Station. The closest bus hub, meanwhile, is the Queen Square Bus Interchange, only a couple of minutes away from the meeting point.

What to Expect in Liverpool Pride 

This year's event features a march through the city centre, a free festival at the waterfront Pier Head and even an open-air concert. After the Pride March, Pride in Liverpool festival begins! Headliners and other performers will be announced closer to the event date.
