On May 31, 2026, Bangkok Pride Parade returns to its home on Silom Road for the first time since 2022, once again transforming the city’s historic district into a symbolic place of visibility, unity, and LGBTQ+ progress. Silom has long been the heart of Bangkok’s gay nightlife, and its wide boulevards provide the perfect stage for one of Southeast Asia’s most meaningful Pride marches.

The Pride procession will move along Silom Road, an area synonymous with Bangkok’s LGBTQ+ scene. The official route is still TBA, but you can expect elaborate floats, drag performers, dancers, activists, community organisations, and thousands of participants marching together.

The many gay bars and clubs along Silom Road will surely show up as well, with parties and dancing spilling out onto the streets.

What is the theme for Bangkok Pride 2026?

The theme for the 2026 edition of Bangkok Pride is PATCH THE WORLD WITH PRIDE, weaving diverse communities together through peace, people power, and pride in who we are and in one another.

In 2025, Bangkok Pride was celebrated under the theme Born This Way, celebrating the acceptance of all beings, highlighting the diversity of people regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, or other identities, and emphasizing that everyone is valuable and deserves respect and acceptance.

Beyond the Parade

Apart from the grand Pride Parade along Silom Road, expect more Pride-related events in Bangkok, including a PRIDE Film Festival and official Bangkok Pride afterparties!
